Loyalty programs

Frequent flyer programs, which originated in the United States in the early 80s, were used as a response and a weapon by airlines to cope with the arrival of new competitors and new management practices after the deregulation of the sector in 1978.
Powerful marketing tools (award tickets, enhanced customer experience with lounges, fast tracks, etc.), they have also become over time, with the sale of miles, a genuine distribution channel and a major source of revenue and margin for major airlines, and an intrinsic value in the financial valuation of major airlines.

This webinar will be hosted by Frédéric BABU.
