Drones and regulation: designing for compliance

In a fast-evolving European regulatory landscape for civil drones, designing a product without accounting for legal compliance can lead to technical, commercial, and even legal setbacks. This webinar is aimed at professionals, engineers, and developers involved in the design, manufacturing, and operation of civil drones. Its goal is to highlight the importance of embedding regulatory awareness from the very beginning of product development.

We are pleased to welcome Alejandro De SAN FELIX HERRERA PERDOMO, Senior Product Safety Consultant at Murzilli Consulting, who will guide us through the most critical aspects of the current regulatory framework and the key changes coming into effect in 2026, particularly regarding the drone class identification labels (C0–C6).

This is an opportunity to understand how legal requirements directly influence design and certification decisions - and why addressing them early on is essential for the success of any drone product in the European market.
