Access to the pilot profession

This webinar, hosted by Geoffroy BOUVET (EPL 19, President of APNA), will look at the different routes to becoming a pilot, and in particular the skills required by airlines.
Airline selections are now very much focused on non-technical skills, as in the case of the airline pilot testing system, which is moving towards Evidence Based Training (EBT).
Similarly, flight schools (ATOs) are moving towards Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) in place of traditional EASA drills. Some of these skills are innate, but they are essentially acquired. Student engineers acquire them through project management.
