A packed house for the conference organized by the Air France and ADP Group ENAC Alumni networks, to mark the launch of the Air France ENAC Alumni network.

After a rich introduction by the Air France network's godmother, Catherine JUDE (VP Transformation at Air France KM), Justine COUTARD (Executive Vice President at ADP Group) and Christian GAUTHIER (EVP Transformation & Développement Durable) answered the many questions put by Aurore de CORDOUE and Etienne LAW DE LAURISTON on the current situation of the airline industry, and its proactive action in terms of environmental transition.

The speakers underlined the evolution of society's expectations and perceptions of air transport, and the actions taken by their two companies. On the ADP Group side, Justine Coutard highlighted initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of Paris airports, notably through new construction methods, the use of renewable energies and the use of renewable energy. These include new construction methods, the electrification of ground vehicles, the preservation of biodiversity, and the provision of sustainable aviation fuels. She also spoke of the industry's efforts to reduce noise, a major issue for people living near airports.

On behalf of Air France, Christian Gauthier detailed the airline's concrete actions to decarbonize its operations, such as integrating sustainable aviation fuels, reducing aircraft weight, renewing aircraft fleets and optimizing flight paths.

Without taboo, the main obstacles to the ecological transition in the air transport sector were also identified, particularly with regard to technological, economic and regulatory aspects.

This evening was a fine incarnation of the Connect France partnership, announced at the last Paris Air Show, an essential driver for reinforcing France's attractiveness in air transport, and accelerating initiatives in the field of ecological transition.

Many thanks to the entire organization team: Catherine JUDE (AF), Martin CAULLIEZ (AF), Benjamin KENIG (AF), Tom CAULLIEZ (AF), Solène RAME (AF), Lucas DROUET (ADP), Antoine VIGARIO (ADP), Laetitia ANDRIEU (AF), Muriel HAJJAR (AF), Camille ALUNNO (ADP), Aurore de CORDOUE (AF) and Etienne LAW DE LAURISTON (ADP).
