Appointment - Léopoldine ESSIMI

Leopoldine ESSIMI (IENAC 2000 - S) from Cameroon is the newly appointed Head of Civil Aviation Department of Transport Ministry in Cameroon.

Leopoldine started her career in aviation in 2003 at Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) after graduating from ENAC, and she has successively held the following positions at CCAA: head of Air traffic services Safety, Deputy Director for Air Navigation, Head of Training Department and Deputy Director of Human Resources.
She transferred to The Transport Ministry in 2018 as Head of Operation Unit, position she has been occupying until this new appointment.

Léopoldine is a member of ENAC Alumni Cameroon and the Central Africa panel of the Airport of the Future.
