Career development: join a springboard group!

When your environment, the evolution of your activities, that of your company or your own desires no longer correspond to the professional context... it may be time to join a Tremplin group! ENAC Alumni has set up a partnership with the association to help you benefit from this kind of support.

The next TREMPLIN session starts in Paris (face-to-face) in autumn 2024; it is open to alumni of the Associations des Grandes Ecoles françaises and equivalent. Remote information meetings at 6:30 pm on :

- Thursday, June 27, 2024: https://urlr.me/jLJZx

- Thursday, September 12, 2024: https://urlr.me/kPX25

Please register for this meeting with Maryline Marin, Déléguée Générale Association Tremplin - maryline.marin@tremplin.link - 06.73.22.81.57.

By joining a Tremplin group, you will have :

  • The support of 15 to 20 senior managers and executives from France's "Grandes Ecoles", who share your commitment to the same approach, and whose own research enriches your analysis and reflection.
  • The dynamics of a group that allows you to experience yourself authentically, to express your successes and failures freely, without fear of the gaze of others (bosses, colleagues, co-workers...).
  • The possibility of becoming aware of and relying on one's professional solidarity, validated by credible and legitimate comrades.
  • The particularly varied experience of each group member, his or her skills, networks, sector and profession.

You will be :

  • In the best possible conditions to determine the direction(s) that will shape the new phase of your professional life: taking up a new position within the company, creation/takeover, fixed-term contract, permanent contract, assignments, interim management, multi-activity, etc.

Who are these groups for? :

  • They are aimed as much at current colleagues who are thinking about the "next step" as at those who are repositioning or actively looking for a new job. With few exceptions, they are over 40.
  • They hold or have held significant management, executive, project or expert responsibilities, and come from a wide range of backgrounds, professions, sectors and educational backgrounds: this mix is an incomparable source of enrichment.
  • They undertake to attend each meeting and to be punctual (one evening/week from 6:30 to 9:00 pm) for the entire cycle (8 to 9 months), or until each member has determined and committed to his or her new direction.
  • They undertake to respect confidentiality, respect and welcome, to make themselves available to others, to live in freedom and to be kind without complacency in respect of the method.

The cycles are run on a voluntary basis by Renaud de PAYSAC, Founder, Marie-Luce BARTHELEMY, Managing Director of Groupe Grandir, Marc-Antoine de BAGNEAUX and Frédéric BARTHE, Associates of Groupe Grandir, in conjunction with the Associations des anciens élèves des Grandes Ecoles (groupe des 16+) & Assimilées.
