We are AviAll, and we believe that there is (or should be) a world in which the aviation industry is diverse and inclusive for all. We are willing to take on the challenge of changing the world of aviation. Words like “Engage”, “Advancement”, “Diversity & Inclusion” and “Leadership” are the pillars that we are building our foundation on. Diversity and Inclusion are high on everyone’s agenda in the Aviation Industry.

We want to build a platform that will raise awareness, where the best practices can be exchanged, where people are encouraged, and even where specific training to the Environment is developed and shared.
