A 100% digital edition: via a dedicated online platform.
Exclusively for women: open to female students looking for an internship and/or work-study program and at the end of their studies, young graduates in scientific and technical fields and, more generally, to female engineers and technicians looking for a job or opportunities and, this year, to women undergoing professional transition.
And national: Companies and participants are located throughout France and in the Overseas Territories.


PROGRAM

Virtual exchanges with Elles bougent sponsors: women engineers and technicians in the digital, aeronautical, automotive, consulting, construction, maritime and energy industries, to discover and discuss their careers and benefit from their advice.
Individual meetings with recruiters from the companies present to apply for their job/internship/interim offers.
Participate in workshops in video: animated throughout the day by the companies present: salary negotiation, job interview, CV writing, international career...
