You will learn how to successfully carry out your career change or reorientation project:
- define what you need to get started,
- know the conditions for the success of your project while clarifying it,
- Identify the resources and mechanisms that can be mobilised (CEP, CPF, skills assessment, etc.),
- know which actions to take as a priority.

The speaker: Aline Touret, Consultant in Professional Development at APEC Toulouse, specialist in professional mobility for experienced or novice executives, will guide you in your reflection and advise you in the implementation of your project.

This presentation will be followed by the testimony of Guillaume MEULLE (IENAC 2003), currently in his 2nd year of internship in general medicine, notably on the aspects of motivation and obstacles to change/sustainability, the construction of the project, the financial aspects, and compatibility with family life.
